●查看现场建筑、装饰所使用的材料性质，便于制定开荒清洁方案；注：在检查过程中发现有材料、装饰受到损坏，应拍照存档并及时报告上级和施工方，以便分清责任或提醒施工方及时更换；
● Check the properties of the materials used for on-site construction and decoration, in order to facilitate the development of land reclamation and cleaning plans; Note: If any materials or decorations are found to be damaged during the inspection process, they should be photographed and archived, and promptly reported to the superior and construction party, in order to clarify responsibilities or remind the construction party to replace them in a timely manner;
●查看现场施工工程进度，准确判断开荒清洁介入最佳日期；

●摸清开荒清洁用水和用电的位置，了解建筑垃圾的清运处理方式。

●根据现场的工作量和清洁设备情况拟定所需人员的数量（包清洁设备操作技术人员），如需外援需提前做好后勤保障；

●做好开荒人员的岗前培训（安全要求、注意事项、操作规程等）及动员工作。
